Our approach is to be flexible and to respond to clients’ preferences for specific charging structures. We have deliberately established ourselves outside London so that we can enjoy and share with our clients the benefit of lower overheads. In handling more routine volume work we seek to drive costs down by implementing efficient processes to systemise delivery of legal services.

Fee basis
We are happy to work on any appropriate method of charging, but normally agree a fixed fee for a transaction, where this is possible, and make a virtue out of sticking to it. This assists clients in retaining control of legal budgets. If you prefer, we can discuss other methods of charging, such as menu pricing, or where appropriate, contingency fees.

Financial reporting
We provide whatever financial information is required, in the form and at the frequency you specify. This can be provided in a format which will integrate with your own internal systems.
