Large companies
As a larger company, with a range of legal needs arising on a regular basis, we recognise that your requirements are different from a smaller business. Reporting, to ensure you keep on top of the progress of work and the costs incurred, is likely to be important. You may need assistance with training on legal issues for your staff. And co-ordination of work carried out across different legal disciplines is clearly essential.
We have therefore developed a key account management process, with systems which recognise your need to keep on top of the legal issues in which your organisation is involved, enabling you to monitor instructions.
Key account teams A pre-selected team (with your approval), offering relevant legal expertise and commercial knowledge, will be allocated to you. They will invest time in learning about your business and the commercial issues affecting it. All instructions handled by the firm are overseen by a Relationship Director who will have a high level of involvement in your work.
Features of service to larger businesses include:
- Agreed service standards for delivery of the law, as specified by you.
- Regular reviews of service carried out by an independent consultant. These verify compliance with the standards you require and identify ways of continually improving the service.
- Regular review meetings with the Relationship Director.
- Reporting tailored to your needs, with an on-line secure system available for you to monitor status of instructions and costs.
- Wherever possible fixed fees are agreed, and rigorously adhered to, enabling you to budget effectively.

Our size means that we are able to be flexible so that we can tailor the way we deliver service to your specific requirements, rather than adopting a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
