Rebecca has more than 20 years' experience in handling debt collection and estate management litigation for landlords of commercial premises. She has particular expertise in forfeiture and possession actions (including trespass actions), and in relation to the enforcement of Court orders/judgments. Rebecca can also assist landlords where a tenant has entered into an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) or a CVA (Creditors Voluntary Arrangement).

In addition, Rebecca also handles our clients' debt recovery needs, and can assist with bankruptcy and insolvency issues which include the service of statutory demands and the commencement of bankruptcy/winding up proceedings. She also works with insolvency practitioners in relation to obtaining orders for possession and sale of a bankrupt's home.

Rebecca can also assist with setting aside County Court Judgments and the removal of a Judgment from the Register.
