Lena obtained her undergraduate degree from the London School of Economics prior to studying an LLM at King's College London. She then completed the LPC at the College of Law in London before joining Kimbells as a trainee in 2008. Lena qualified into the Drinks, Hospitality & Leisure Department as an assistant solicitor in January 2010.
Examples of work include:
- Disposals and acquisitions of tenanted and managed pubs and bars.
- Estate management work, both from the perspective of the landlord of a tenanted public house estate and from the perspective of the commercial tenant. This includes the surrender and variation of leases, licences to assign/underlet, licences for alterations, release of restrictive covenants and advice on general estate management issues.
