This session covers essential guidance, tips and tactics for defending a Tribunal case. This will include details of what preparation will be required in terms of Tribunal directions, who will be called as a witness and other preparatory steps. We will also look at how compensation is calculated, what you can expect on the day of the hearing, judgments and remedies. It will also deal with fundamental points that you need to know if you are a witness.   
 
Who should attend: anyone who has to deal with Tribunal cases or could be a witness in any Tribunal proceeding.
