Our role is often one of an in-house HR capability, based out-house. We work closely with clients, assisting where required on HR strategy; part of this is putting into place procedures and policies which provide clear parameters for employees and prevent potential problems arising.
Handbook and contract review. Full review of existing employment handbooks, contracts and policies to ensure compliance with current law, or drafting new versions.
Precedents - we can provide templates for standard documentation and policies.
Recruitment manuals - we get involved with advice when employers are recruiting, providing manuals and accompanying documentation to guide line managers through the process. This is supported by training workshops to avoid claims prior to employment

Discrimination - dealing with prevention of or handling sex, race, disability, religion & belief or age claims
Disciplinary and grievance - advising on implementing appropriate procedures
